After an order is placed it will be processed in a timely manor depending on the size of your order and production time, then your order will ship. If you need your order faster (1 week or less) please call 800-877-4758 and we will try our best to assist you, less than 1 week will have a 20% rush charge added. Processing times do not include time in transit . Delivery dates vary depending on your location & method of shipping selected.
All orders are shipped via UPS.
Same Day Shipping:
Some Trophy and medal orders can ship same day upon request depending on product availability. Please call 800-877-4758 to ask for more info or to request same day shipping.
Order Must meet the following conditions:
- Only available on in-stock merchandise
- Completed credit card payment before 4pm EST.
- Engraving must be submitted in full by 1pm EST.
- Order must be completed with no outstanding information needed by 2pm.
- Custom awards are not eligible for this offer.
- Holidays are excluded from Same Day Shipping policy.
- Only available Monday through Friday on standard business days
